KILBY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

On Friday November 30, 2001, Patrick called me early in the morning from Holman Prison. He said they woke him up, telling him to pack it up, he was being moved to Kilby which is near Montgomery, AL. We have no idea why. Kilby is a transfer station, however there are only two other facilities besides Holman, where LWOP people can go: St. Clair and West Jefferson [renamed Donaldson]. The DOC officials know there's an enemy list in Patrick's file jacket for both places. Inmates attacked him with knives, solely because Patrick was a police officer. Here is his mailing address.
