Reference Letter dated November 12, 1999 - request for relief
to UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention (UNWGAD)
Dear Sir/Madam:
Currently I have a plea before this World Body
on Human Rights.It was originally
submitted to the High Commission's Working Group in Germany. After
this Working Group evaluated my plea for relief, they then transferred
my plea to your International Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland where
it is now pending.
In my plea I stated
that the United State's System of Justice (INjustice) has been carefully
designed to deny any meaningful review of a criminal conviction and imprisonment,
citing Precluded - Successive - Procedurally barred
- Untimely - Out-of-time or any other terms they can
dream up to deny Justice.They do,
and without any remorse in persecution of the Innocent.
Since I filed my
plea, I have obtained documented proof to support my claims in the form
of letters sent to me by the U.S. Supreme Court.Documented
"Proof" that the Court knowingly violated their very own court orders to
completely deny justice.
Immediately I felt
I must amend my plea to this High Commission to further prove my claims.My
wife copied all the documents and typed my amendment.She
made enough copies that I could copy all the Justices of the U.S. Supreme
Court, members of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, Committees
on the Judiciary, and other government agencies and Human Rights organizations.
After completing
all the documents, my wife mailed them to me via United States Priority
Mail.
Upon arrival of the
Priority Mail containing all this legal material, the Alabama Prison Officials
"immediately" confiscated the entire package of these legal documents -
this was on March 14, 2000.As of
the date of this letter, they have refused to release this legal material
or give me any explanation for such Gestapo tactics.No
formal mail rejection.No Nothing!Simple
- jack-booted thugs at work - again.Proof!This
itself further supports my claims of Political Persecution - Gestapo Rule!Welcome
to America the beautiful.
However, anticipating
such rogue behavior by Alabama officials, all these documents have been
digitized and are held in databases around the world.I
seriously doubt that I shall ever again see the original documents the
Alabama officials confiscated, but shall produce digitized copies of the
originals.God bless the Internet.
I also state in my
original plea for relief, that one is "forced" to represent oneself in
the most complex legal system known to mankind - and that the government,
both federal and state, does everything possible to stop someone from gaining
Relief, or attempting to gain relief from a bogus conviction.One
prime example is Alabama State officials confiscating legal documents and
other creative ways formulated in their evil and sick minds.This
Gestapo action "Proves" my case without "any" doubts.
I would like to ask
this High Commission on Human Rights to delay any determination in my plea
until I can submit to this World Body further proof - Documented Proof
which shall be forthcoming.
I would also like
to go on record stating that, I fear for my life - I fear for my wife's
life for exposing Truth!It
should be most obvious to this High Commission on Human Rights that State
officials in Alabama are "certainly" not above murder - just study their
Atrocities - look! you will see.
Should this letter be destroyed by Alabama State
officials, I shall have someone contact your Working Group in Germany -
and then they will notify you.I
seek Relief from Political Persecution.
