Letters of support for Patrick Swiney

Everyone,
I just finished writing a report on what Patrick Swiney needs to stay alive while we adjudicate his case of innocence in the courts. It's gotten very serious. Patrick is having serious difficulty breathing and he needs to see a cardiovascular surgeon for an arteriogram (explained in the .pdf report attached). The purpose of the test is (1) per the doctor's orders in April 2005 which have been systematically ignored and (2) for proper diagnosis and treatment, probably bypass surgery.
Anything less than proper diagnosis and treatment, and Patrick will die. Simple as that.
I really need your help to pull this off. We cannot delay any longer. PHS is the medical provider for Alabama prisons. They are not doing their job and won't unless we MAKE THEM DO THEIR JOB! I don't want to be a widow. Patrick is actually innocent. We proved that scientifically. He does not deserve this.
Please take a look at the attached. It has the explanations and contact information. If I have to drive to Tennessee where PHS is headquartered in order to get them to follow the doctor's orders, then I'll go do that!!!! For all these years, we have kept all the documentation and evidence of the horrible abuse the prison system has made Patrick endure. We have maintained all the evidence of wrongful conviction and abuse in the courts too.
If they think that I will slink away if Patrick dies without filing a lengthy and really expensive (to them) WRONGFUL DEATH AND WRONGFUL CONVICTION LAWSUIT they are all crazy. I am upset but more than that, I am so deeply concerned because Patrick doesn't deserve all of this and neither do I.
I'm copying the Alabama DOC and governor on this. PHS has the responsibility of providing the health care that is stipulated in their contract. DOC has the responsibility of overseeing that contract to ensure they conform to the INTENT of that contract. The governor has the responsibility of overseeing DOC. The intent of the US Supreme Court ruling for basic treatment of prisoners isn't hard to understand. The intent of the People toward one another shouldn't be difficult to understand either. Yet, this wonderful and loving man who never hurt anyone is being systematically and deliberately harmed and we need to put an end to this once and for all.
Please do whatever you can. Whatever you do, please do it now!
By the way, today is out 10th anniversary. Let all the powers in the universe be with us for many years to come.
